Return and Refund Policy
At PURITY we are committed to provide our customers with the best possible service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may be eligible to return the item for a refund or exchange. Please read carefully the return and refund policy below.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us the order number and the product condition at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery to obtain an authorization for returns. After returning the product to us, we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund. Enjoy total peace of mind: every single purchase is 100% risk-free each time you shop at PURITY.
If we authorize a return, we will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions for sending the damaged or defective items to us. These damaged/defective items must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped.
After we receive the product, we will examine and test the defective item(s). If we find the defect described in your message, we will ship you a replacement for the defective item(s). Compensation for the shipping costs will be provided by the issue of either a coupon or a PURITY credit to your account.
Special Notes: Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging before we can consider issuing RMA authorization. Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issue(s).
Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
NON DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Unused and non defective items may be shipped back within 14 days of your delivery date for a cash back refund or exchange.
All non-defective items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If a buyer made a wrong buying decision, we will charge a 20% restocking fee for all items and shipping cost is not refundable.
Non-returnable / non refundable items
We can not exchange or refund any customized products under any circumstances unless the product has a manufacturer's defect.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Refund of payment
You will receive a refund for your order in the same method of payment you used to pay for your order. You will receive a cash back refund within 14 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your non defective item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If it is free shipping for your order, we will charge back US$10.00 as our shipping and handling cost.
You must return an item to our processing center only. Any item sent to addresses other than the one we provided will not be refunded.
Items returned in unusable condition
You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. Any returns received that does not meet these specifications will not receive a refund for the order.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Step 1: To start your return process, please contact us using the contact page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
When contacting us please include your original date of purchase, order number, email address, and reason for return.
Step 2: Return your items to our processing center. You may use any trackable shipping method to return your items. Please write “RETURNED ITEM” on the packaging
Return shipping charges are paid by the customer.
Step 3: Once your return has been received by our returns department, please allow up to 14 days for your cash back refund to be processed to the original payment method.
